The successful candidate will have the chance to work with and be mentored by experienced and highly regarded lawyers in their field and the community. 

Responsibilities

  • Legal research, drafting legal documents

  • Court appearances, legal advice, assist in drafting, assist lawyers with court appearances or other related work.

  • Assist in interviewing witnesses

  • Maintain client relations

Responsibilities

  • Perform legal assistant/paralegal duties in various areas of law for all levels of courts.

  • Prepare correspondence and documents ensuring compliance with Rules of Court.

  • Conduct file management, including preparing and maintaining binders/documents and filing as needed.
