Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings effectively.
Utilize Lexis-Nexis for case law research and to support litigation strategies.
Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting construction litigation.

Perform legal assistant/paralegal duties in various areas of law for all levels of courts.
Prepare correspondence and documents ensuring compliance with Rules of Court.
Conduct file management, including preparing and maintaining binders/documents and filing as needed.
Maintain a well-organized work environment and implement efficient processes that minimizes lawyers’ administrative load, including an active bring forward system.
