Involvement
At GFW we believe in giving back to our community through sponsorship, support, and participation in community organizations and initiatives. Examples of these efforts include:
GFW is a proud sponsor of Gilda's Club Simcoe Muskoka's 2024 Lakeside Party.
Scott Fairley is a member of the Board of Directors for Gilda's Club Simcoe Muskoka.
GFW is a proud sponsor of the Barrie Construction Association Spring Golf Tournament.
Andrew Wood is the President of the Simcoe County Law Association
Andrew Wood is a Board Member, Treasurer and Coach with the Redbirds Lacrosse Club.
GFW's lawyers are active members of the Advocates' Society, including participating as speakers and instructors for its programming.
Alex Daley is a volunteer organizing of the annual fundraising golf tournament for Georgian College.
Julia Tremblay often leads classes as a volunteer instructor at her local martial arts club.
Scott Fairley is a volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Simcoe fundraising events.
GFW is a member of the Barrie Chamber of Commerce.
